About this property

This Ocean View Studio is located on the 2nd floor on the South Side of the building. This unit offers and open kitchen, Queen murphy bed, a Queen pull out sofa and a keurig.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 15th and turns it off Oct. 15th.
