Not only for your kids & grand children just 5 minutes North you will find Sun Splash Waterpark, fun for everyone with exciting waterslides. For Entertainment you will find many local and well known franchise, chain and unique restaurants and shopping just around the corner. If you're looking for beautiful waterfront dining and live music try the Rum Runners & The Joint Restaurant with open cabana bar at Cape Harbor Marina or stroll around on Santa Barbara Blvd or Del Prado Blvd South.
Around 47th street you will find a lot of restaurants and bars with live music for evening entertainment and fun. You will be surprised how many entertainment will be found. If you want to relax on the beach try the River beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club or explore CC by bike (2 bikes available). Baby cribs & high chairs are available. Please note: Power will be charged with $ 50,--/Week (This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost), additional Power usage will be $ 0,25/KWh and will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at . ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND FORFEITURES. The Guest will be charged what is agreed to be a non-punitive amount as listed below for the following occurrences: $250 for each unauthorized animal. $150 for each unauthorized Guest, each guest in excess of the Occupancy Limit, each 2-hour period or portion thereof of unauthorized early arrival or late departure, odor removal due to smoke, pets, or otherwise, failure to return key(s) or garage door opener, violating terms concerning pool equipment, air conditioner, smoke detectors, outdoor furniture, excessive cleaning including dishes and leaving items to be dis-posed, trash or otherwise, and non-emergency use of fire extinguishers; the invoiced amount to remedy fines issued, replacement of missing items, damages not covered by Damage Waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, long distance phone calls, and Pay Per View (PPV) TV purchases, the determination of the need of which is in the sole discretion of our subject to good faith and Business Judgment Rule require-ments; $60 for returned checks; and, $25 for key delivery, $75 for garage door opener delivery in the event of lockout.CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND NON-PAYMENT. The Guest may cancel by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of
this agreement and subject to the following fees:
• $39 if within 3 days of this agreement and at least 46 days prior to rental period.
• 30% percent of total rental charges if not within 3 days of this agreement and at least 46 days prior to rental period.
• 100% percent of total rental charges if less than 46 days prior to rental period.
Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, personal, or other related reasons with an exception of a govern-ment-issued agency mandatory evacuation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law. Travel Insurance is recommended. Because of knowledge of COVID19, it is NO reason to cancel the contract without paying. And if infected during the stay in our house we are NOT reliable for this (e.g. because of not enough sanitized or cleaned or so). Minimum stay is one week to 2 weeks. please ask....
