This is a perfect location to experience Colorado's nature as well as the city side. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the water as you walk/bike Clear Creek Trail. Anderson Park is just a walk away from the property. This is in a central metro location, only a few miles from the Highlands, Golden (15 min), Lakewood, Downtown Denver (20 min), Sloan's Lake, and Olde Town Arvada (10 min). Traveling to the mountains, Red Rocks and the airport is an easy commute with I-70 just over a mile away. 010948

Nice quiet property in the city

This was a very nice, well kept cozy little home right on the creak. Walking trails and walking distance restaurants and brewery made it nice for meals and a drink. Close enough to Golden and Downtown to make both places accessible in a day. We really liked this place, one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at.
