The townhome was beautiful. Other than the king and queen size beds. They felt overused and caved in. Also, we would have loved to utilize the deck, but it was infested with spider webs and big brown spiders.

Hi Susan, Thank you for the 4 star review! Regarding the mattresses, the queen is 2 years and the king is approx. 3 or 4 but I will definitely look into it and put it on my spring to dos! Regarding the spider webs, unfortunately that’s hard to keep up with being on the lake. My housekeeper hits those corners with a broom periodically, I’ll have her keep a closer eye out. Thank you for your great feedback, it’s always appreciated! Sam

This home was so comfortable and beautiful to stay in!! We loved the gorgeous lake views, especially the sunset. The whole home is well stocked and very very comfortable. Everything was immaculately cleaned upon arrival and there were plenty of linens and towels to use. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water for our whole family. Our son especially enjoyed seeing the planes fly over!

The quiet, private back deck overlooking the inlet was pleasant, and the beds were super comfortable. The home itself matched the listing; however, we personally felt less comfortable in the surrounding area getting to and from the house than we had anticipated, which slightly affected our overall comfort during the stay. The location provided easy access to many of Omaha’s highlights (zoo, restaurants, trendy neighborhoods, etc)

We loved our stay!! Such a clean, cosy, and relaxing venue. We loved the view from the big picture window. It was very easy to get around when making our way into downtown. We had a great stay! It was conveniently located to just about everything when experiencing Omaha. Staying on the lake was an added perk. My kids loved it. Sam is very easy going and responsive. If we make it back to Omaha, we would enjoy staying at her place again!
