11.5 acre farm stay for whole family in 3 x cottages-sole use pool/hot tub/river

A special birthday, a celebration or a family get together? Whatever the occasion is, why not come to a secluded, peaceful getaway on the Devon/Cornwall border. We really do offer you the opportunity to rent out your own space for 11 plus travel cots on our 11.5 acre farm complete with goats, sheep and pigs!

Where you’ll be?
We are located in a peaceful rural setting situated on the Devon/Cornwall border and are central to the popular tourist destinations such as Boscastle, Tintagel and the Eden project, not forgetting the stunning beaches and beauty spots, everything is accessible by car but you will need to factor this into your trips. Our closest towns (Holsworthy 10 mins & Bude 15 mins away) offer plenty of amenities such as pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops.

The Space
You’ll have the whole space (11.5 acres) to yourselves and your friends or family making your trip extra special and unique!

You will have private car parking, enough for up to 4 vehicles and an EV charging point (additional charges apply).

You and your guests will be sleeping in the 17th century former barn and piggery with plenty of character to delight. The building has been spilt into three wonderful self contained cottages;
Ash: a 1 double bedroom cottage with shower room, lounge and kitchen.
Beech: a two bedroom cottage with 1 double room and 1 kids farm themed room with its own full sized tractor style bunk beds, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Oak: a 3 bedroom cottage sleeping 5 in one double room, one single room and one bunk bed room, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, oven etc.
Each cottage has its own real log burner, TV’s and DVD players. We supply blankets for snuggling during the colder nights and have loads of books, puzzles and games to keep kids occupied!
We provide fresh white linen and soft fluffy towels together with Faith in Nature body wash and Cole and Lewis shampoo and conditioner.
We tried to think of the basics you would need and made sure they were in the cottages so you’ll also find:
* Tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and decaf coffee
* Olive oil
* Salt & pepper
* Essential herbs and spices
* Kitchen roll
* Toilet paper
* Wood & Kindling

Outside
You and your guests will have the sole use of 11.5 acres which includes an orchard, lambing barn, children’s play area, recreational areas with bbq spots and picnic benches. There is fantastic woodland walk leading down to the river (excellent for little explorers) and over 400 yards of fishing rights along the river Tamar.
Relax with a book by the river bank, cuddle the sheep or try your hand at fishing, you might be able to catch some salmon or trout. Your choice, you’ll have the whole farm!

When you’ve explored the area and are ready for the next thing to do we have a heated outside pool (5 meters long and 1.1 meters deep) to splash around in plus 3 bubbly hot tubs (we offer you a choice of 1 or 2 and provide you with their location so you can decide which are suitable for you and your guests! Hot tubs are amazing a destressing and star gazing! We also have small individual Weber bbqs, a smoker and larger BBQ available on request.

We also have a large wood fired pizza oven and can supply you with sourdough pizza dough balls (additional charges apply) so you can whip up some delicious pizzas. If you would rather we made these for you please enquire when booking!
