You are one mile from I-40, 5 miles to BNA Nashville Airport, 12 miles to downtown/Broadway, 2 miles to Nashville shores water park and minutes from Percy Priest Lake and walking trails. This newly built home is accented with well-appointed high end furnishings and comfortable spaces, including three suites with full bathrooms and walk-in closets. There is plenty of space to host a gourmet dinner at the large dining table and bar seating for 4. Although downtown Nashville provides endless entertainment, guests can also enjoy the surrounding parks including Long Hollow State Park where you can fish, canoe and hike or nearby Percy Priest lake for water sports and recreation.

Bedroom #3 has two single trundle beds, a smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo (Sleeps 4)

For the mini splits, there are 5 in this unit. Below give you precise info on how to use them

There are 5 separate wall mounted HEATING/AC units each with a separate remote control.
• There is (1) unit on the ground floor, (2) on the main level and (1) in each upstairs bedroom.
• All of the (5) remotes must be set to either HEAT or COOL. If one remote is set to HEAT and another to COOL the system will get confused and go into pause mode.
• Once they are set to all HEAT or all COOL they can all be set to different temperatures.

We do have a outdoor ring camera at this location. This is located at the garage area, near the garage door.
