PONTOON INCLUDED 5/1/26-10/12/26 3 Bed/2 Bath Waterfront Home on Magician

*Listing is under construction-new photos coming soon!* This 1100 SF 3 bed/2 bath home with a log cabin feel is perfect for your multi-family or individual stay on popular 500 acre all sports Magician Lake. The home is located on 40 feet of water frontage in the bay. A huge waterfront deck awaits you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax all day in the sun or take in the beautiful sunsets. There are 2 kayaks and a lily pad for easy access onto the water, or you can take a short walk down the street to the quaint association beach/water access. A 2017 Godfrey Sweetwater pontoon boat is provided from May to mid-October to enjoy the lake - anchor at the sandbar or take a sunset cruise!


The house has 3 bedrooms - 1 King Bed and 2 Queens. There are 2 Full Size Futons in one living area, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa/1 Twin Sleeper Sofa in the other living area. It is perfect for multi family vacations (and you can split the cost!). There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, and a washer/dryer on site. Out back overlooking 40 feet of lake frontage is a huge 2 tiered deck with ample seating and umbrellas, an outdoor smart TV, basic fishing equipment for your use, and a propane grill. A 20 foot Godfrey Sweetwater pontoon boat is included in the rental from May to mid-October. The boat is rated for 9 persons or 1249 pounds. The association private beach/walk-in lake access is a short walk down the street (about 6 houses away). The depth of water off private deck and pier is 5-6 feet and is great for fishing.

The immediate Sister Lakes area offers a variety of family friendly options. Aside from lake activities and various options for dining, spend an afternoon at the Hidden Acres Petting Farm, head into town and check out Nitro Zone (arcade/bowling/bumper cars), visit the numerous farm stands for fresh fruits and vegetables, grab some ice cream at the Driftwood, attend one of the annual festivals in town, watch the fireworks over 4th of July, or take a drive to Saint Joseph and the Lake Michigan shore. In the winters there are snowmobiling trails and ice fishing to enjoy as well! You will not be disappointed!

Great Stay

Our family with 3 small children had a great time at this property. A quiet location, just off the main part of the lake. The boat was great. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay with perfect accommodations for our large family. We especially enjoyed cruising the lake in the very nice, incuded pontoon. Fishing was good and the owners have thought of everything!

Excellent Stay

The house was amazing: fully stocked with all essentials, SUPER clean, very comfortable! The pontoon boat: BEST part, easy to use, very clean, provided hours of fun! This is our second time staying here and we would definitely come back a 3rd time! Again, the house was amazing, the boat was super fun, the property was really nice. My kids LOVED the fishing even from the dock. My son caught his 1st ever pike and couldn't be happier and he caught it right from the dock. We love this place! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone!
