Lots of potential

We were excited about the location and amount of space. We found a lot of disrepair of furniture and sliding doors. Some outlets were uncovered and not working. There was residue and grime on light switches, walls and furniture. We also had to deal with ants throughout our stay. I was tempted to mention these items during the stay but I didn’t want to have the possibility of a conflict. I hope this feedback helps. Overall, we feel that we over-payed considering the condition of the property.
