A beautiful backyard and patio await at this single-story home in Seminole, wonderfully situated a few minutes' drive from white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Come home each day to barbecue in the shade of mature trees and soak in the hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.

This home is part of Seminole's Oakhurst Grove neighborhood, where it sits right around the corner from a Publix Super Market, a gym, and several neighborhood bars. You'll be less than three miles from Gulf Boulevard, the main coastal road for accessing Indian Rocks Beach (four miles) and Clearwater Beach (10 miles) to the north, as well as Madeira Beach (six miles), Treasure Island (nine miles), and St. Pete Beach (11 miles) to the south.

After a day of fun in the sun, pack up the provided beach chairs and umbrella and come home to find a peaceful respite in the shaded backyard. Flip burgers and steaks on the gas grill, linger with coffee and dessert under the pergola, and tell stories around the firepit once the evening air turns cool.

Step inside to find an interior that's bright, open, and spacious. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for nightly meals and board games, and a living room with a cable TV (and streaming capability). There's also a desk workspace where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
