O imóvel está localizado em das mais movimentadas e badaladas de Barra de São Miguel. Ótima limpeza, vários intens de lazer e amplo espaço. A cozinha tem de tudo. Parabéns. Os donos são extremamente atenciosos.

Chegamos na casa e já foi uma surpresa! A casa era muito melhor do que aparecia nas fotos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Ficamos encantados. Só não ficava tão próximo a praia como pensamos, mas não atrapalhou em nada a estadia.

O sr. Carlos desde o início tirou todas as dúvidas em relação a casa, foi muito prestativo desde a instrução para chegar no local. Proprietário Carlos muito solicito e antecioso, desde a entrega das chaves até o último dia, sempre perguntando se precisamos de alguma! O caseiro também muito atencioso, sempre fazendo a limpeza da piscina e perguntando se está precisando de algo! A localização é próximo a supermercado, padaria, a Vila Níquim e o Praero, entretenimento imperdíveis na Barra de Sao Miguel, a praia Bonita também é uma das melhores praias! Obrigado Carlos
