Should be told about outdoor doors to rooms, several different buildings with rooms, no elevators,super busy with lots of noisy motorcycles coming and going. Most of the staff was curtious and helpful. Prices are high for food and gifts. We didn't have hot water at best a warm shower, rooms need updates and repairs.

Great location to visit Bryce Canyon. Good breakfast buffet. Downside was room above ours had a very loud and squeaky floor. Don’t understand how a Best Western Hotel is a VRBO. Did I overpay with VRBO fees instead of booking directly through Best Western?
