Great place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon

Very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. Nice restaurant and has a small grocery store for items you might need. The indoor pool was very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Lack of information

When I booked this stay, thought we'd be staying in a privately owned property. Never in the description was it stated it was a Best Western Hotels property. It was very dated with a musty odor. Location was good. But if i had known it was just a hotel, would've just gone through traditional hotel bookings site and found something a bit newer. Was difficult to find the hotel because in description we were not instructed to look for BW Ruby's Inn.

This property is very run down. We had to request a different room as our original room smelled like smoke, was musty and the smoke detector was beeping. The second room was only marginally better. It is conveniently located across the street from the park shuttle stop.

It was a nice place to stay in a convenient location. The salad bar had excellent salad fixings and was nice to have a healthy food option when traveling. The hot tub was not functioning though. That was a little disappointing. All in all a good stay.
