Conveniently situated just steps from the beach, indulge in beach walks and pool swims! Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. A quick drive takes you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the region's favorite attractions, dining spots, golf courses, and shopping destinations are just a short drive away.

Nearby airport with convenient access to taxis, Uber, and rental cars!

This room is strictly non-smoking. It's a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same care as your own home, being mindful to avoid any damage during your stay. While we aim to address any issues promptly, please note that there isn't continuous on-site management available 24/7.



NOTE:



The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

The view is great, you can always find a place to sit at the pool a lot of chairs. The room was clean. The hostess was very nice easy access to get into the room with the keypad. You don’t have to keep up with the key.

Had to clean and wash all the sheets before we could even get to bed bad mold smell and mold the mattress had a date tag of 2017 roaches every where in the resort

Disgustingly Dirty-Pictures DO NOT represent condo at all!

Filthy conditions! Semen stains on the only couch to sit on! Rest of the furniture and doors were dirty or terribly sticky and scratched up. Horrible ODOR throughout the condo!!! floors and rugs were black with stains and dirt. We canceled our stay and went to a classier place! Owner should be ashamed to rent this place. Owner does not care either! it's in need of a major overhaul! Giving it 1 star is a joke! It deserves Zero Stars!

The place is nothing like what’s in the photos. The couch and dining chair cushions literally were torn and the couches were also extremely dirty with crumbs and stains. The doors were so sticky and there were scratches everywhere on the walls. The floors also looked super dirty as if they hadn’t even been mopped. We figured they don’t clean the floors well at all because when we moved the bed slightly after dropping a hair clip, we found a whole iPhone right under the bed by the bed rest and so many hairs and dust there. To make things worse, when we reached out to the assistance number and expressed our concerns, the person that responded was rude and outwardly contradicted us saying “no the place is not dirty” when we could clearly see with our own eyes that not only were things falling apart either being old or not being maintained properly, but also super dirty. We didn’t sit at all on the couches or dining room chairs because it was disgusting.

We just loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area!

What makes this property unique

This unit has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, stove and cooktop, and ocean views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area, kids' pay area and sun deck are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
