Nice little home away from home

The location was great and felt super safe, we had everything we needed for a few days stay! Plenty of space and in decent walking distance or short drive from everything. The place was comfortable and clean and exactly what we were looking for for our short trip during a conference in New Orleans. Would totally stay here again!

Great little getaway spot!

Place was great! Clean and comfy and had all the necesseties. 25 min walk to French Quarter, so have comfy shoes. Wifi was a bit spotty but that was my only concern.

Very cute place

The property was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and was super close to bourbon street only about a 6 min drive and the area actually had a couple of places near by walking distance you can go grab food or drinks which was nice. Acess was very simple and easy and the host Jose was greatwith communication and providing us with a lot of very useful information and recommendations. The building is gated so it made things feel more secure and safe getting into the property. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect

Check in was easy. Place was clean,comfortable bed.second floor so stairs might be challenging for some people. Quiet neighborhood and felt somewhat safe. Parked on the street and had no problems. French quarters was a mile walk so didn't venture out after dark. Probably should take an uber at night. Overall very nice place to stay! Make sure to go to "Spotted Cat" for good music!

You won't regret it

Nice place, well maintained. If I had to find any negatives. The attic door on the ceiling needed cleaning badly. I would of liked a tv in the bedroom. Cable would of been nice but tv has Amazon app so it was fine. Host was super helpful with restaurants and activities. Responded quickly when I messaged him. Would stay again.

It is a cue place. The neighborhood was run down. It should say in listing that it on the second floor. Updated but needs more updates. Carpet was rolled at the end and in the living room and bedroom floor with dips and slippery. Falls risk . Afraid to go out at night as it was sketchy during the day.

Terrible experience

The photos of the listing were amazing, but they did not reflect the holes in the floor, the stains all over the whole couch, the listing states the location is a 7 minute walk to bourbon street and it was a 23 minute walk and it’s a bad neighborhood. The air conditioning unit stopped working our second night there and the host did not arrive to fix it until almost 1pm the next day after we had already decided to check out and cut our trip short.

Great, Wonderful, Spacious, Excellently Clean - Convenient with an Abundance of Appliances to Use - Very Much will feel like a second home. Easy Expedited Check in and Check Out Process via Keypads. Great and quick communication with Owner at all times. Owner provided great list of places to visit or eat, they are very conscientious of their Customers Stay and Tourism Plans, Love it. Lovely and safe gated space outer Neighborhood seems a bit off putting at times, Went through a few extra precautions for safety for my car I brought such as buying a steering wheel lock - removing valuables from vehicle - turning wheel toward curb, removed my front out of state license plate, parked in front of another vehicle to hide my rear out of state plate a bit, would’ve removed my starter relay if I wasn’t lazy, but my vehicle was fine where I parked both nights, no issues, will definitely without a doubt book and stay again in a heartbeat. Very very memorable and great stay! - Sampson and Kimberly.
