The Aspens on Blackcomb is a premium property and this is a premium condo within it (this is one of the few that's been fully renovated!)
It's only 1 minute to walk down to the Upper Village with its shops & restaurants, or a 10 minute stroll over to the main Whistler village.
This premium 2-bedroom unit was recently renovated and features easy ski-in, ski-out access onto the Green Line run which leads in seconds to the base of the new Blackcomb Gondola. The Gondola is visible from the living room.
The principal bedroom features a king-sized bed, in-room television and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bunkbed. The living room sofa also folds out into a queen bed if needed.
The fully-equipped kitchen leads to an open concept dining & living area which in turn leads out to a covered patio. The living room features a newly tiled gas fireplace with recessed Samsung 50" HDTV mounted above it. Fast & free Wifi is included. The patio overlooks the courtyard and pool, and contains a Weber gas barbecue and a seating area.
The building has a 24-hour front desk and free pool towels near the front desk. You can store your skis at the complimentary ski valet storage service just outside the lobby. Aspens also has a ski and snowboard rental shop near the front desk which is accessible through the main Whistler ski rental website.
Paid parking in a secure underground garage is available onsite. Limited free street parking is available nearby on Spearhead Drive.
A free shuttlebus (the #5) stops just outside the property and takes you to the main Whistler village if you don't feel like walking.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create great memories in our slopeside condo. To allow this, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that you have reviewed them WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. If for any reason you think your group cannot follow the House Rules, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty-free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
Please keep noise down after 10 pm.
The parking garage accommodates vehicles up to 6’6” in height. If your vehicle is taller than this you will have to find street parking (there is some limited street parking nearby). The parking garage fee is $17/day and you can buy a ticket at the machine in the lobby.
Bikes and skis/snowboards are not permitted in the rooms or hallways. If you have skis/snowboards they can be left with the ski valet; if you have a bike you can lock it in one of the two bike cages (one at the entrance to P1; the other at the end of P2).
NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the property (inside or outside). Extra cleaning fees of $200 to remove odor and stains will apply.
PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES or put them in the dishwasher and turn it on after use. If dishes are not washed, an extra cleaning fee of $25 will apply.
You are responsible to take out the trash. The main garbage container is in a small shed just outside the lobby doors (the front desk can point you in the right direction).
Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments in the fridge left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
NO PARTIES. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, we will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is also our vacation property and is not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and clean up before you leave.
