Main level (2nd floor) offers spacious living space with hardwood floor throughout and exotic luxurious handmade leather carpets. Fully equipped kitchen awaits your gourmet talents. Walk out onto the deck and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountain views looked over the creek under your eyes. Light up the fire pit and have a chat with your companions sitting on the sectional that's around it. Upper level (3rd floor) features two suites on each side of the floor. The primary bedroom contains a beautifully customized king bed. A private workstation serves your remote work needs. The ensuite bathroom features a double-sink vanity, a glass standing shower, and a freestanding soaker tub. The secondary suite features a custom queen bed and also contains a full private bathroom.
Lower level (ground level) has another two bedrooms with a full-over-full bunk bed in each of them, which makes perfect space for kids and additional guests.
The single-car garage is equipped with Level 2 EV charger, which takes away your charging anxiety completely when bringing your Tesla. Outside the garage can park an additional vehicle on the driveway comfortably.
This home is protected by exterior security cameras, adding an extra layer of safety to your belongings left at home.

***Hot Tub***
Hot tub is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. The maintenance is generally scheduled on Wednesday between 9 AM and 5 PM. A technician will need to access the unit. They will knock the door/ring the bell first, and enter the unit with their own code if no one is home. It usually takes about 30 ~ 45 minutes for the maintenance work. If a maintenance isn't scheduled on Wednesday, you will be notified.
The only thing that you will need to do is place an Oxygen pack into the hot tub at the end of the day if the hot tub is used on that day. Common hot tub rules are to be followed.
***Fire Pit***
Fire pit is sourced with natural gas. You only need to turn on the gas line and use a lighter to fire it up. Caution is advised when using the fire pit.
