The use of pool heating incurs an additional cost per day for the entire duration of your stay ($50 usd per day , this cost shall be covered at the check in only cash or through vrbo).

As stated the property is in the exclusive community of Santa Carmela, the neighborhood is located on the beach and is a very easy walk to the not swimmable beach. The community is an extremely safe and quiet family neighborhood with active security 24 hours a day.

NOTE: Cabo is a rapidly growing town. Like most of the area, there is some construction in our neighborhood a couple of doors down from our rental.
