As stated the property is in the exclusive community of Santa Carmela, the neighborhood is located on the beach and is a very easy walk to the not swimmable beach. The community is an extremely safe and quiet family neighborhood with active security 24 hours a day.

NOTE: Cabo is a rapidly growing town. Like most of the area, there is some construction in our neighborhood a couple of doors down from our rental.
