Beautifully designed and fully renovated, “Ocean Overlook” at 310 Shipwatch Villas is the hidden refuge that your family seeks.  Ocean views can be enjoyed from the oceanfront deck, the updated living room, delightful master bedroom as well as the fully renovated kitchen.  Comfortable and stylish seating is offered on the exterior deck as well as the living room.  The dining area seats six.  

Each bedroom features a fully removed private bathroom, with a bonus feature of the master having a spacious walk-in shower.  The master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the oceanfront deck.  The guest bedroom features two twin beds.  Each bedroom has updated bedding.  

Shipwatch Villas has the most amenities within a community in Wild Dunes.  First, the Shipwatch Swim Center has two swimming pools with a large travertine tile pool deck.  There is plenty of pool side seating for all.  Next, there is a beach gazebo with an observation deck.  Third, Shipwatch Villas is the only community that features a private playground.  Finally, the meticulously manicured lawn is truly an envy for most within Wild Dunes.

Parking:
Shipwatch Villa Homeowner’s Association Allows Two Vehicles Per Property.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

Things to note:

Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
