Private 4 bedroom 2 bath ranch split style home in one of Cocoa Beach’s most sought after neighborhoods. No need to bring toiletries, as we provide them. A short 2 block walk to the ocean. Relax after the beach by the back porch space with screened in heated pool, fire pit, floats, rafts and a weber grill. Enjoy live music, restaurants and shopping in delightful downtown, which is less than a mile away. Walk to the corner ice cream store. We provide beach chairs, cooler, towels and a buggy. If you enjoy surfing as much as our family does, there is a long board for your use.

Great place

Big house in a good location, walking distance to the beach but have to cross 4 lane road to get to beach. Pool was wonderful and property manager was very easy to get in touch with. Would recommend for sure. Ice cream shop just 3 minutes away was wonderful.

Nice house located near the beach

Stayed for two nights after cruise. Was really neat home that was well taken care of and had many nice amenities! Missy our host was amazing

Family Getaway

I planned this getaway with my boys and was on a budget. This home had enough space and available activities to bring friends and not break the bank! A clean and safe location, walking distance from parks and the beach. The private pool was perfect for down time! Hopefully, it'll be available for my next trip to Cocoa!!

Great spot to access Cocoa Beach

Check in was a breeze, the property had everything we needed for beach trips. The host let us know about Friday Fest and it was such a fun time.

One Night Stay before Cruise

Everything was great except a brief delay in obtaining the code from the property manager to enter the house, which had us a bit worried that we would have to look for other lodging for the day. The patio/pool is great. The property was very clean and spacious for mid-size family or group. Location was great - close to beach and nice restaurants.
