Amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Cocoa Beach. Amenities included: heated pool, tennis court, bocce ball & shuffleboard court, park next door with playground and beach access. Condo has a private entrance and access to beach from the pool area. No Utilities to pay! Laundry in condo! Separate beverage cooler and freezer! All utilities will be included- however, condo HOA is not pet friendly! Arrngements can be made to board mall pets and deliver for daily visits at park next door! Available for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall seasons 2024-5: minimum stay of 3 month lease required per HOA restrictions! (available Jan thru Dec 2024 & 2025) Special consideration to stay as guest to preview condo for 7 days stay before starting a 3-month lease!!! Homeowner is un-sure about doing long term leases (1+yrs) at his time (open for discussion contact owner Scott Parry)
