I'm a nurse practitioner in a level-one emergency room and a mom of two. I love to travel and have the opportunity to get to the beach any time I need to unwind. Which is a lot! I think you should have the opportunity to do the same.
Why they chose this property
Cocoa beach is a hidden gem. This ground floor condo is literally steps away from the beach. It is walking distance from the world famous RonJons. You can ride your bike to the pier or take the free trolley. It is so close to Kennedy Space Center and about an hour drive to Walt Disney World.
