Very nice Ranch in a quit family oriented neighborhood near Downtown Elizabethton or Johnson City. Many different restaurants in the area. Walking/bike trail is a short walk away (150 yards). Hiking is within 20 -25 minutes away. Trout fishing minutes away. Johnson City Mall 20 minute drive. Tiebreakers has Bowling, Arcade & Axe Throwing, Bar and rooms to rent for BD party ect. Bristol Motor Speedway 35 minute drive away. Close to Watauga and Boone lakes, Both have Marinas that have boat rentals. You will find lot more things to do in the area.
