Great location. Walking distance to the trolley. There’s a bus stop across the street and another one around the corner. Barrio Logan is a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Downtown is a twenty minute walk.

They installed a brand new toilet seat for us before checkin and room was very clean, place is more like a boutique hotel. The freezer did not get cold enough to keep ice cream from melting and rooms got hot during one of the hottest days in the summer would not recommend sleeping with the door closed. Overall nice setup nice host would come back

My family and I enjoyed ourselves here. Place was clean, requests for any extras we met. Easy communication with host. Parking and security was grest. Hot tub and grill with outside seating made us feel like home. Easy commute to downtown.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay that's only about a 15-minute uber drive to the Gaslamp district. It was very clean and with the extra gated area felt very safe at night and leaving our items when we were not there. Its on the edge of an industrial area but having our car it was perfect for our weekend trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Weekend stay in San Diego

Stayed here for a short weekend trip and overall had a really positive stay. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and it felt safe and quiet. The bathroom is on the smaller side which may or may not be an issue but we made it work. The hot tub is shared and the location is a bit outside of downtown. None of these were major issues for us but depending on the size of your party and what youre looking for, its worth taking into account

Comfortable Spot

Overall, this place was very nice & comfortable to stay for a business trip. It rained and blew during our stay, didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub and bbq grill. Next trip down to San Diego, I am booking this place again for work or pleasure. We found a few restaurants and gas station just a few blocks away. Thank you for opening your place, the snacks & coffee was great. It helped when you are not familiar with the area. I Highly Recommend this Comfortable Spot. :-)

My boyfriend and I booked this place and we will definitely be back again. We loved staying here. The location was perfect for our plans and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts were amazing at getting back to us and even gave us the info on the shampoo and conditioner they provided when we asked were we could also buy it. The balcony area was so nice to relax on and all of the other guest staying on the property were respectful and kind. Definitely worth the price.
