Naples review

Code to door was incorrect and it took 3 hrs to get a hold of the property manager to get a code that would work. Once we were able to get in everything was Fine.

Awful management

The realtor who manages this company has serious communication problems. On our second day at 2:30 PM, when children were in the pool, they notified us that they are going to replace the water heater. They claimed that it is not going to take more than an hour. The contractor came, took everything apart and discovered that the water intake pipe has an unconventional diameter. By that time all plumbing supply stores were closed, and we had to spend until the next morning without the hot water. We contacted the manager and asked for a partial refund as 4 children were not be able to take a shower after the pool. The management stopped responding. We spoke to the contractor and arranged that they will come at 8 AM to finish the job. At 8:40 AM we discovered that the management called the contractor and asked it to come later. They called the contractor who came around 9 and finished the installation. After that, the management stopped communicating with us at all. The pool maintenance came without any notification, entered the pool area and did whatever he needed to do with the pool. We didn't have anyone in the pool at that moment but the kids were asking that morning and just didn't manage to get there. Also, it seems like the cleaning crew uses a little t of bleach, and the strong smell of it stays in the bathroom areas for a while. The bathroom windows do not have screens. Summary: it is a decent house that has an awful management which makes the experience a lot worse.
