Beautiful backyard pool paradise! New farmhouse floors, new sparkle white granite kitchen, new paint, new furnishings!! Enjoy the new pool, heated in winter months, the large deck with many loungers, outside dining with sunbrella, and lush palm trees and orchids. Safe for pets and little ones the fenced-in back area also features a hot/cold outdoor shower (great for after the beach), a gas grill (gas provided) and a fire pit. Inside enjoy newly renovated bathrooms, 3 smart flat screen TVs, a stylish dining area and a cozy kids' bunk room with toys provided. Keurig coffee machine along with pods provided. The covered and screened back porch is great for breakfast or rainy days. A large pantry with wine fridge and an indoor laundry room complete the home. Beach chairs, umbrella, and noodles provided. Board games and puzzles too.

Great Stay

The property was just as it is in the pictures. Good/quiet location. The pool was great and the communication with the host was timely/easy. Would stay here again.

Excellent

Nice location at end of a cul-de-sac, clean and professionally managed. Quite neighborhood close to downtown. Host was very accommodating and provided an informative notebook on places to go and things to do in the area. Fenced in back yard a plus. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful property, excellent owners

The house is just as advertised and was spotless upon arrival. Pool and back yard are excellent, lots of seating, room and privacy. Beds are comfortable and house is well outfitted. Plenty of room for 6. Communication was easy and owners were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Girls getaway

Very nice house. The pool area is wonderful with nice landscaping, plenty of lounge chairs. Very relaxing place to hang out. The house is nicely updated, comfortable beds. Location very convenient to Tin City, 5th Ave even Marco Island. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Would highly recommend and would stay there again,

Why they chose this property

We love the Brookside neighborhood because it is quiet and tucked away yet very near all that downtown has to offer. The new pool and backyard is so beautiful and because it is west-facing, guests can enjoy amazing sunsets over the pool.

What makes this property unique

An outdoor hot/cold shower is so great early morning after a jog or after a day at the beach. The privacy ivy fence ensures an intimate backyard experience. To be walking distance to a market and cafe is a wonderful unusual perk in Naples. Of course it is also special to be able to walk to all that downtown has to offer.
