We enjoyed our vacation in the house. Clean with all equipment needed to make our stat as comfortable as possible. The pool is a big plus. Plenty of space and ideally located to enjoy the region.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house with pool.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Micke's place. It was conveniently close to the beaches and downtown Naples.The pool was great to refresh after a beach day. The house has everything you need to cook and very confortable beds.We will definitely be back.evrdowntown Naples

The host was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. The property was in a perfect location, rooms were spacious, and the salt water pool was a hit both with our 3 and 5 year old but also for the adults! Kitchen was stocked with necessities, towels and bedding were plentiful.Hope to return again.

Golf and beach

Looked at a number of options during our search to accommodate 4 guys on a golfing trip to the area, found this property and safe to say it delivered on all fronts. Clean, spacious, pool, location, all worked well for our group.

Family fun

My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay in Naples. The neighborhood is quiet, the pool very refreshing, and the house was stocked with essentials. We loved biking to the beach. The house is spacious and everyone had their own space.

Excellent property. Very clean and very well stocked with multiple staples eliminating annoying runs to the grocery. The property was at least as nice as the pictures and our host was very accessible and great to work with during our stay . A no brainer place to stay again.

Wonderful, large house with great pool

We had an amazing time at this wonderful, spacious house! There was plenty of room and multiple TVs for entertainment. The outdoor space was fantastic, and the lounge area, protected by mosquito nets, made evenings so much more enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot to relax by the pool or explore nearby sites, restaurants, and beaches. Plus, the availability of beach chairs and a sun umbrella was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

The house was spacious and very clean. There was spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, toilet paper and so much more provided. So nice to arrive and not have to run to the store immediately The landscaping was beautiful as was the pool. We called Micheal regarding a minor problem and he took care of it right away. We would certainly stay here again!

Always a great time

We’ve been renting from Mike for three years. Home is always clean and uncluttered. The kids were in the pool before breakfast! My biggest complaint is that I wish I could stay longer. The neighborhood is safe for morning walks or evening bike rides. Walmart and Publix are nearby. The beaches are beautiful and slowly coming back from Ian. ❤️

Nice place

The house is clean. The neighnorhood is fine. There is some construction happening on the road but not a big deal. The 4 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and rafts in the garage were an added bonus. The house is close to everything. You can bike to the beach or Starbucks down the street. The outdoor pool and yard are a nice retreat after the beach. Your family will enjoy a nice vacation here.

Naples March 2023

The place is great larger then pictures show! Great location to beach and shopping. Cute backyard with privacy. Nice to walk in and have the essentials there for you. Each room is comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of space and is functional. Michael was responsive and helpful and overall awesome !! There is road construction going on that is loud and messy and the house across the street is sketchy. Nothing the property manager can do about those things but it does take away from the perfection of this house. We would stay again ! Thank you

Relaxing getaway

My family (me, my spouse, and 2 sons - ages 17 and 20), had a wonderful, relaxing vacation getaway together at this property. The property was better than the photos and even more than we anticipated. Everything was clean and updated, and the property was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which has an amazing white sand beach. A pass to the park is included, so we did not have to pay to enter the park. The screened-in porch/lanai and saltwater pool in the back yard were added bonuses. Restaurants, grocery stores and shops are within a short driving distance, and a list of excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat are provided. There was enough space in the house that another 4 people could have comfortably stayed at the property. If we plan another vacation to Naples in the future, we would want to stay at this property.

Lovely time

We had a lovely time at Michael’s place. We were there on a girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook. The house comes with all things you need for a day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, coolers. The beach is close by, grocery stores and restaurants are in abundance all around. The pool was our favorite spot after a day out on the beach. If we get an opportunity to return we will! Thank you again Michael!
