Perfect home away from home!

We had a very pleasant time at this homey beach house! It had everything we needed, was incredibly clean, and close to the beach/downtown! Carlos was a great host and was always available for communication before, during, and after our stay.

Royal Palm House

Home was beautiful, in a secluded neighborhood. 3rd bedroom was a little “tight” when both twin beds are in use. Also, no remote for the tv in this bedroom nor did tv appear to be hooked up. Would’ve liked to see check out requirements. Would definitely stay here again-thank you

Good Space

The house was advertised. Offers a decent amount of space and has a yard, driveway and huge deck for outside space too. Location is on a nice street and prob a 3 or 4 min drive to 5th ave in one direction and celebration park in the other. There were rideable bikes in the garage, as well as decent amount of beach chairs. House was clean. All in all, a good experience.

Marginal Accommodations

The accommodations were marginal. If you are looking for a getaway with the feel of a 4+ star hotel or resort, this is not the place for you. But, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and will be doing minimal cooking then this place will fit your needs. Kitchen items were minimal and what was available was either not serviceable (severaly knotched knives) or cover in old grease/grim (pans and cookie sheets). But, the most disappointing element was the misrepresentation of the space available. The advertistment shows images of and mentions a "rec space" which is the garage. However, upon arrival, it was clear this space was NOT to be used by renters. If I had known this I would not have rented at this location. My co-workers and I were in town for an extended work event and that extra space for budgeted in for our needs. Thus, it was very disappointing to learn that was not the case. Bottom line, if you are not picky and just need a place to lay your head then this place is fine.

Het was een geweldig huis. Wat een beleving en wat sfeer. Alles was fantastisch de keuken met volledige sfeervolle inrichting de slaapkamers met 2 badkamers de tuin met barbecue, de tuinmeubilair en fietsen die we mochtengebruiken. Alles in perfectie! Het contact met de eigenaar liep goed reageerde gelijk. We hadden per ongeluk geld in het laatje laten liggen en dat is keurig teruggestort op onze rekening. Ik zou dit huis aan iedereen willen adviseren het is een hoogtepunt geweest in onze rondreis door Florida!

Relaxing and convenient location

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm house. Clean and spacious and a quick drive to Old Naples and the Pier. The owner actually offered to take us out for a sunset boat ride but we had other plans! We’d stay here again.

Location is close to down town , 1.5 miles from beach, 1 block from 5th ave South ,central to everything. super quiet neighborhood tight nit group and charming. please respect the neighbors as this is a supper nice and quiet cul-de-sac street.
