Crown Pointe Home with Lake Views!

This beautiful, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2600 sq. ft of living space is located in the Crown Point subdivision offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. On a cul -de- sac this lake home has a beautiful private pool with covered lanai and Weber gas grill.A lovely setting for enjoying sunsets and dinners.
An eat in fully gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and cabinets overlooks the pool and lanai. The family room with Flat screen tv and dvd also leads out to lanai area. One of the couches in the family room is a sleeper. The lanai eating table opens up to seat 12. We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 and a separate furnished living room which also has a sleeper. In the living room we have a small library and games and toys for coloring etc.
The home has a split floor design that wraps around the pool and lanai, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath with soaking tub and shower and this section is closed off by a pocket door. There is a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. Both bedrooms have their own TVs. The master bedroom suite overlooks the pool and lanai and offers a king size bed, flat screen tv, large closet, and reading area. The master bath has a walk in shower.
The home has recently been renovated with new tile and carpeting and furniture. All you need are your clothes to rest and relax.

The property is very well located near the beach and many restaurants. The owner's response to our requests is immediate. The house is super comfortable, and being by the pool is very relaxing, with the view. It has two bicycles in perfect condition, which allowed us to get some exercise.

Great house

House was beautiful and clean. Neighborhood was great, right off of a main road but you'd never know it from how peaceful it was.

Perfect location

Just the perfect vacation home for our family. Spacious and clean. Location is 15 minutes to the beach, 10 to 5th Ave and 30 minutes to Marco Island. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place

This is a great home from home. Super accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and clean. Great location close to Naples and Marco Island etc. I definitely recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return in the future.

Perfect family vacation

First of all, Michelle was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our stay. The house is fully updated and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. Great location and close to everything Naples has to offer. The owners were terrific and I can’t say enough about the pool and view. We didn’t want to leave! Would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Place

Place very clean and well kept. The owners of the property were very accommodating and helpful. I could go on and on about the house, the owners, the property manager and the area. They went above and beyond to help me get in and set to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in the Naples area.

Perfect Naples property for a family vacation

I visited with my 2 sons and my parents, and we've all been coming to Naples for years. The house was ideal for us -- plenty of room so that everyone had their space. The pool was immaculate and my kids were probably in it 3-4 times/day. The neighborhood is just a straight shot down Davis/41 from downtown, so it's conveniently located & easy to get to 5th Ave, beaches, etc. There's also a Publix grocery store just down the street. I've been coming to Naples since I was a child, so I've stayed many places -- and I would definitely return to this property!

Great place and better hosts!

Everything was better than advertised with this beautiful house. It was spotless when we arrived and when I had a couple questions the owners were quick to respond and answer every question I had. It's in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and both a grocery store and the beach are within 10 minutes of driving (grocery store--2 minutes). The pool was great and there were tons of water toys for my daughter to play with. Beach towels were provided and we were in Naples during a heat wave and the house stayed nicely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located, quiet and comfortable place to stay--with great hosts being the cherry on top!

Awesome vacation home!

This was our first visit to Naples and hopefully not our last. We loved Naples and most of all this vacation home. This home is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation stay. The pool is amazingly big there were inflatables the kid's were able to use. We were able to take beach chairs to the beach that were also at the property. This home is beautiful and most of all super CLEAN! The kitchen is super well equipped with everything. The linen closet full of towels also extra bed linen. I would recommend this vacation home in a heart beat with this said we are planning our next visit for next year.

Great house in a great location!

This house was all we could have asked for! We were just down for a week over the fourth of July. The house was perfect for our family, the rooms were spacious, and nicely decorated. The pool was awesome and I think my kids favorite part of the vacation! Michelle was great to work with and easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were so friendly. A short drive to the beach and shopping. The pool overlooking the lake was lovely to drink your coffee and watch the wildlife..We could not have asked for a better vacation house, and we will be renting from Michelle again in the future!

Recent visit - June 2023

This was our second time staying at this property. We obviously liked it the first time around. They have done some remodeling since our last stay. The kitchen upgrade is very nice. I would only say that the TV viewing area is not the most comfortable. The open floor concept is nice for communicating, it’s just not great if you are trying to watch tv.

Everything went ok the only think I didn’t like was that we could all really enjoy the pool at night time does water was to cool. I spoke to the property manager and they told me that they only use the heater winter nine summer and the advertisement of the house as specific as rare so the water of the pool has a heater if they have a heater don’t really work because the water was way too cold, and in the checkout process, the lady for the cleaning has a really bad actitud she was on i’m respectful, rude and unprofessional. I was five minutes late because I was trying to leave as soon as possible as she was kicking us out like a little we where bad people I talk to the owner and she say sorry and she told me that she will take action other than that everything was good. House is really beautiful I’m comfortable.

Paradise

We had booked a house through Airbnb. When we got to the house there was major construction going on-pipes were being replaced on both sides of the streets. The house was dirty and there were ant/roach traps on the kitchen counters. We decided that we would not stay there. Through many texts, phone calls and pictures, Airbnb refunded our money. We stayed in a hotel for 2 days. We went on the Home Away site and found this home. It was short notice so we weren't sure if it would be available but we gave it a try anyway. Michelle responded within 30 minutes and confirmed our booking. The next day we arrived at the house. Pictures do not do justice. Absolutely beautiful. There is everything you need in the house. The location is perfect-close to beaches and downtown Naples. Publix is also very close. The pool overlooks a small lake. Very serene. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone seems very friendly. Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this area for over 30 years for the fishing and shelling and general relaxation.We choose to buy our home in Naples because of the beauty of the area and all the wonderful activities in the area. We love the wonderful weather, beautiful beaches and sunsets and the relaxing way of life. It is paradise to us.

What makes this property unique

We are a 5 minute drive to the river and 5th Ave shopping and all their wonderful resturants. We are another 4 minute drive to the beach. We are within minutes of many wonderful golf courses. After all of our activities during the day nothing beats coming home and having a relaxing drink,dip in our private pool while looking out over our lake and catching some of the sunset. We also enjoy grilling on our lanai and visiting with our friends.
