Overall the value for the money was good. The location is in a good area and convenient. There were only a few things that were a little disappointing. For the most part the property was clean, however there was sand in everyone’s sheets in every room. I do not enjoy having grit in my sheets but we swept it out as best we could and didn’t bring it up to the host. Another thing was the hot tub is not operational. But the problem we struggled with the most and we weren’t aware of upon booking is the host has a policy of not allowing you to turn down the AC below 76 unless for brief spurts because it could overload the system. We are hot sleepers and are use to having our air down much lower than that at night. We adjusted as best we could, but had difficulty sleeping at times due to being warm.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the home to be a good value and enjoyed the convenient location. We're sorry to hear about the sand in the sheets. Our linens are professionally cleaned, but this certainly isn't the experience we want our guests to have. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We'd also like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. We do not have a policy restricting the thermostat. Guests are welcome to adjust the A/C to whatever temperature they find most comfortable. If we make a recommendation, it's simply that 75°F is an efficient setting, but it is not a requirement or restriction. Regarding the hot tub, we don't advertise the property as having a functioning hot tub. It is a fixture that is part of the pool and is not listed as an available amenity. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving. We'd love the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with an even better stay.
