DC Neighborhood Easy to Navigate

We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a little neighborhood experience with stores and restaurants nearby. The ability to hop on the bus or metro rail was awesome as it was just a 10 minute walk from the unit. We could get to our destinations easily, cheaply, and quickly. No car needed in what I’d call one of the most intense places to drive in. The unit was comfortable and was just right for our family of 3. We could cook, do laundry, and relax. The unit was very clean too. Though the cleaning products used have a lot of fragrance, which I am allergic to, it was a nice unit. And special thanks to the managers who helped with a situation of a left behind item after check out. I was very appreciative for their willingness to help.

An absolute gem

Its just as nice as the pictures, owner communicates well, walking distance to resturaunts, shops, and the national mall. I will be reccomending this spot to my friends visiting DC

Great little place by the Navy Yard and Marine Barracks

We were in DC for a wedding in the Navy Yard… neighborhood was nice and safe.. easy walk into the navy yard… the apartment is small but has everything you need.
