I could not recommend this property more. The interior is beautifully designed and the furnishings are so comfortable that you will look forward to coming back to the apartment at the end of the day. It is located behind an interior design store so it was nice to have people around everyday. I was also pleasantly surprised with how spacious the unit is, which was fantastic for me as I was relocating to Austin and had more than several bags/boxes with me. The host was incredibly responsive and warm anytime the slightest thing came up. I am quite sad that my stay is over and look forward to any excuse to stay here again!

Only have good things to say. This property is located in a great location to explore Austin not far from downtown and basically right on the river/ trails. The space itself was perfect for our month long stay and had everything we needed.

Magical space

This place was everything and I wanted and more. The location couldn’t get better. The property was magical. The apartment was amazing. The energy just beautiful. I wanted to stay there much longer and I already can’t wait to come back

I am an interior designer and this stunning apartment is nestled in the same friendly neighborhood as my retail store. I've been here for years and cannot imagine myself anywhere else!

I recently stripped the space down to the baseboards and completely remodeled it with warmth and luxury in mind. It is a perfect escape - tucked away amongst ancient oak trees in the bustling heart of the city. Great for a weekend away but also perfectly suited to longer stays. Full kitchen and work space. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee and fresh-pressed juices.

What makes this property unique

This property is perfectly situated to take advantage of every aspect of Austin. You can walk to Auditorium Shores for SXSW or Austin City Limits music festivals. You can hike the trails around Lady Bird Lake or find a quiet spot for your morning yoga. You're just minutes from downtown restaurants and bars. Anything you could possibly want to do you can do from here.
