About this property

This spacious guest apartment has been recently updated to include a new kitchen, new appliances, and new furniture. It has a queen size bed with fresh linens, a comfortable living room with everything that you need for your stay including a foldout couch for additional sleeping. There's a range/stove and a dishwasher for eating in with pots and pans along with any dishes that you might need during your stay. There's a new mini-split ductless AC and heating system to keep the place comfortable all year. The walk in closet is perfect for all of your storage during your stay.

The high speed internet connection and wifi are provided by Google Fiber, which is one of the best, fastest, and most stable internet providers in Austin. Google TV / Youtube TV provides one of the most up to date technologies for the best digital TV available.

Be right in the center of Austin by staying in Hyde Park! Venture out into the rest of Austin during the day and come back to your new relaxing home. Walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood and enjoy the historic homes, huge trees, and parks in this trendy and quiet neighborhood.

Everything you need is within just a few short blocks! For dining choose from ASTI, Mother's Cafe, Hyde Park Bar and Grill, and Julio's. Go grocery shopping at the local and organic grocery store, Fresh Plus. Get on the bus on the next block over and head straight to downtown and back.

Very comfy

We enjoyed the peaceful location and comfort in being in town. We also felt safe. Very beautiful home with great outdoor lighting (day and night). Looking forward in booking again.

Phenomenal option

Excellent property - cozy and quiet with everything one needs to feel at home. The guesthouse is proximate to great restaurants, Hyde Park and the University. The property manager (Pete) is super responsive should anything need to be addressed which frankly is unlikely. Superb alternative to a hotel, highly recommend!

Great one bedroom in Hyde Park

Good size for a 1br, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and in the living room to lounge. If you're a very light sleeper you should bring earplugs because the dehumidifier cuts on and off at night. This place was everything we needed! We were even able to do some work from home because there are a few different tables there to set up at.
