House was cozy. Loved all the lamp light and natural light. A/C and fans were getting the job done. No issues with anything. Host communication was spot on. Well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows and toilet paper. Great stay.

Great place and host! It’s actually one unit in a 2 unit home. We were in the upstairs unit. Was very nice. Designated parking is a bit unclear. We ended up parking in the street but put the parking pass up just in case. Great location near campus though!

Regarding the parking, yes, we have a designated street parking spot directly in front of the property. We send out the full parking instructions one day before check-in so you have those details handy, though I completely understand that arriving at 2:00 AM after a long trip can make it easy to miss those specifics in the dark. I'm so glad the provided parking pass worked well for you anyway, and I would love to host you again anytime!

Great location and space has lot of character and charm. We were in town for Thanksgiving holiday and A&M vs. UT game 2025. The location was very close to campus and walkable to the game and tailgate prior.

I booked this rental for myself and for my twin teens and their friend to visit UT Austin and other colleges in the area. The unit is the second story of a very cool historic home. There was plenty of room to spread out with a spacious living room, separate dining room and two large bedrooms. The A/C was nice and cold, especially with the summer heat and humidity. We enjoyed walking to Kerbey Lane Cafe, Einstein’s and the University Co-op. It was super convenient and easy to get downtown. Thank you to our host who was very quick to respond to questions. Next time we go to Austin, we will try and stay there again.

Charming Victorian condo on the 2nd floor (stairs). Large spaces and king beds were the highlights. Located near campus. Communication with property management was timely and professional. Things to consider would be parking, as it is street parking.

Very pet friendly and a great place to stay! The property was clean, and the host was great. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s only one parking pass included. If you have more than one vehicle, you’ll need to purchase an additional parking pass, so plan ahead. Overall, we had a great stay.

We ranked this property a 3 for a number of reasons. 1) We felt that the property wasn't well represented in the pictures. It appeared to be a very clean, bright unit with nice furniture. It turned out the unit was dark and had furniture that had seen better days. The couch in the living room was old and covered with a sheet. 2) Although the unit was generally clean, all the windows were filthy. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in years.3) It was advertised that there is free parking, which is true. It mentioned that there were spaces in front of the unit. There was one space in front of the unit and we were only able to access it once. When we first arrived, we had to carry our baggage a block and a half. We also never knew where we would find a space when returning in the evening. We always did but sometimes we had to park several blocks from the unit.
