Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property located in the beautiful Historic Hyde Park neighborhood. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath home. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The couch converts to two twin beds by removing the back cushions. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill style between the two bedrooms.

The home has been completely remodeled inside. The exterior gives you the historic charm of the neighborhood, but once inside, you will enjoy all the updates of a modern home.

It is an open concept home with the living, eating and kitchen all in one open space. It has all new stainless steel appliances and the kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking a complete meal.

Wonderful Experience

The house was immaculately clean, well supplied and in such a convenient location. We were 3 generations visiting Austin for graduations. We had plenty of room to visit and everyone had a place to sleep. Will definitely stay again.

Very Clean. Sketchy neighborhood.

Latino club next door to property. Pub across the street. People screaming and drunk in the street in front of home. Cops came and went several times. Definitely a party community. We left after 1 night.

We are B and Jennifer. We are true Austinites!! We were even born in the same hospital, St. David's. We have both lived here our whole lives, except when B left to go to law school in San Antonio. We have twin daughters that keep us very busy.

Why they chose this property

This property has has been in our family for over 60 years. B's Grandfather used to own a furniture store that is now, Hyde Park Theatre and he used to purchase homes in Hyde Park so he could get the furniture to resell in his store.

What makes this property unique

We hope you will love this home as much as we do. We did much of the work on the remodel ourselves and we tried to make it even more comfortable than your own home!! It is really fun to people watch on the porch and the neighbors are all very friendly!
