The front door is accessed through the patio. Free on-site parking is directly in front of the house for up to 2 cars.



This is a historic tree cottage on a lively college road. Many guests enjoy the energy and convenience of the area, though light sleepers may notice street noise, particularly during busier hours. Window AC units provide indoor cooling.



A short rental agreement is required after booking. A $300 security deposit hold is placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout when no damages are reported.



No smoking, weed, or vaping of any kind is permitted at the property. Guests may be charged if smoke odor is detected inside after checkout.



Bringing a pet? Please include your pet on the reservation or notify us before arrival so the applicable pet fee can be added.
