Nice room with beach view and easy access to the beach. There was no ramp to the beach though.

We loved our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The view from the living room, bedroom and balcony were amazing. The beach is fantastic and the location is great. Super close to everything. Would recommend to anyone.

We’ve stayed Pelican Beach before and love the resort amenities and location. The ocean view was great. The room was clean and as described. There are no beach towels or common kitchen condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) You are only given one roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags along with a couple rolls of toilet paper so these are items you may need to purchase or bring with if you need more. Overall, we had a great stay.

The condo and location was really nice. Great view from the balcony. The pool was great, and it was nice having a bar with food located by the pool. The condo has some issues with the ceiling cracking and peeling. My only issue was that I requested an early check in on Monday with an arrival on Friday. I was told that I did not request the early check in with enough advance notification. I was told to call on the day of my arrival at 1 o’clock to see if there was anything they could do to get me in early. I had asked if they could still try to get us in with an early check-in and I feel that no attempt was made. I called the day of our check-in and was told that the room was still not ready. Since we were unable to get in early, we arrived just seven minutes till four and the door was still locked. When we called, we were told that they were still cleaning the room and we couldn’t get in until four. Nobody was in the room cleaning and at this point it was five minutes before our check-in time. Several minutes later, they called back and said that we could enter the room. I was willing to pay for an early check-in and I believe they could have helped accommodate this a little bit better even if it would’ve been after the 1 o’clock time.

Excellent day with friendly staff check in was super simple you’re right on the beach. The tiki bar in the back was a hit for some of the family members. The café at the facility served amazing food for a really cheap price if you’re looking to.stay on the property for the day

Great Family Vacation Spot

The place was great , the building was amazing. The pools were fun. The staff was friendly. Our condo was nice. The only thing was the beach chairs the property sets up which you have to purchase to use, took up the beach area to set your stuff out. They were gone by 5 so not terrible. The place is in a quieter area, but close to everything. Destin is the place to be. Definetly will be back!

Beach Vacation

Perfect resort amenities. Having access to the beach, pools, tiki bar and restaurant all on rhe same property was great!Our condo was spacious and clean with a beautiful view out the front door and balcony!Only one small complaint, typically when we use VRBO, our place is equipped with some basic spices for cooking, salt and pepper at the least. This unit had no condiments which made cooking less desirable. For the price of the condo, I was not expecting to purchase everything, including coffee, filters, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, etc. Only a one-time use was offered fir our 7 night stay.

Loved our visit

Clean, accurate listing description and worked for our family of 5. We drove to Destin so we were able to bring a lot of kitchen items, including spices, oil, paper towels, etc instead of having to buy those items. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, tableware. For this property, you can rent beach chairs and tent. Even though we brought ours, we ended up renting the last 2 days because renting is reserved about 5 rows deep and you can't set up your personal stuff ahead of the rented ones. Therefore, you are really far back. We have young kids, so sitting closer was nice for us. Overall great stay.
