This stylish second floor condo is perfect for group trips. Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated with spa like modern touches and amenities to make your stay delightful.

The sunroom boasts an indoor swing chair, perfect for relaxing and reading a book. There is a custom entertainment center that features a 55" TV, accent lighting and an electric fireplace.

There is a full size kitchen with a coffee bar, ice maker, and filtered tap water.

The condo is well located in the City of Florence. The Florence Civic Center is 4.7 miles/8 minutes away. McCleod Hospital is just a couple miles away, and we are located just 10 minutes from FLO airport.

Each bedroom has its own unique decor and style, with each having custom made wood finishes and installations.

Guests full have access to this private condo.

The condo is a second floor unit, and is not wheelchair accessible. *For sound sensitive sleepers: while the condo is very quiet from city noise, please note that frogs, crickets and birds can be heard if the windows are open, as the unit is next to a 35 acre undeveloped parcel and an overflow pond. It is also worth mentioning that a train horn can be heard in the far distance- we are *not* located on/near the tracks.
