Great home for rent. very quiet . Great location. Fully furnished. Internet access. All utilities. No smoking. No pets. Not suitable for children. Garage being used for storage. 45 minutes from Fort Myers and Sarasota. 20 miles from manasota key beach. 15 minutes from Punta Gorda airport. complimentary coffee and bottled water. If a hurricane is coming, I will need you to evacuate. I can't guarantee your safety. Rent will be pro-rated.
