Our neighborhood is a bird sanctuary where you can enjoy the hot tub, kayaks, stand up paddle board, bbq grill, fire pit and fishing. Enjoy stunning sunrise and sunsets . We are only a few miles from the bridge onto Gasparilla Island and the quaint town of Boca Grande. Experience the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of America

This place was perfect! Cute, clean, comfortable! So nice to have your own parking space just a few feet from the private entry! Great neighborhood and lots of little touches like soap, shampoo, towels (even beach towels), hair dryer, and snacks! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Artsy Beachy stay

Clean and updated nice attached appt to the main house. Just what we needed. The temp is not able to be maintained from inside the appt and the air flow of the air conditioner is not great. A fan was provided but a mini split would make this stay perfect.

Perfect stay for two. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Bedding was so soft and comfortable! Plenty of towels, coffee, and even chairs for use at the beach. Snacks were a nice touch as well. We were slightly delayed checking in due to a lack of communication...but this was only a minor glitch. The room is separated from the house in a way that you would not even know anyone else occupies the property...very private. Owner even accommodated a late request for an additional night's stay. Highly recommend.
