The space
Our home is decorated to provide our guests with unparalleled privacy and comfort during their stay.

A fully loaded kitchen is ready for the entire family or guests. It is equipped with amenities, such as spices, oils, toaster, blender, baking dishes, pots and pans that make cooking a breeze. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker and tea bar with all the tools and ingredients you need to make the perfect morning cup of coffee or tea. With all of these features, you can be sure that your kitchen is ready to tackle any cooking challenge. The adjoining dining area features a new dining room set with padded chairs, seats up to 7 adults. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The 3 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with modern decor. Each bedroom has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath and a smart tv. The two additional bedrooms each have queen beds and smart tvs to stream your favorite shows.

We are very proud of our home and want to ensure all of our guests have a 5-star stay. To that end, we have a few guidelines for guests:

No parties or events.

QUIET HOURS
Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM - 7 AM. We want you to enjoy our home, your visit, socializing, and use of our amenities. We are certain you would agree that loud, disruptive, or destructive behavior is not acceptable. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

GUEST INFORMATION
Must be 25+ years old to book
*No third party bookings allowed. Guest must be staying at the property.
* No extra guests other than those listed on the reservation.

SECURITY CAMERAS
*There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance has a ring camera. driveway, backyard in the patio and the side of home. There are no cameras inside of the home.
*The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties and misuse of the property or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $500 fine.

PET FRIENDLY
*A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/per pet, plus $250 refundable deposit. Maximum pets allowed is 1.
*A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. Please include your pet on your reservation request.
** Please note: If a pet is approved to be on the property we ask kindly that you please clean up after your pet. **

SMOKING AND VAPING
*Absolutely No smoking or vaping
A violation will result in a minimum fee of $200.

BBQ Grill |
BBQ grill is run off propane. We try to keep the tanks full but on occasion they could run low. If you run out of propane please refill and send your host the receipt and we will get you reimbursed. Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.

Snowbird Rental:
$3800 per month. (Included utilities and cleaning fee. )
