Nice home

The pool and hot tub were both dirty upon arriving. The house owner was very kind to accommodate other needs.

The pool and spa were clean upon arrival. I had a booking request from this guest for 2 people when it actually ended up being over 20 people. I made an accommodation since the party was already there however they made a pretty significant mess upon departure

House was really nice. Host was responsive until check in. Somehow didn’t receive check in information. Had to call VRBO to get access to property, they were very helpful. Casita does not have a futon or hide a bed, so don’t count that as a bed. There were no roll away beds either. One cot and 4 air mattresses. Overall was a comfortable house for our large group and would stay again!

I enjoyed the property very much. I liked the guest house with the pool and the hot tub. The backyard was a little smaller than I anticipated due to the way the pictures were taken, but it worked out well either way. I did not enjoy the check-in process all that much either. Probably could do with some streamlining.

Overall property was as presented. The reason for my 4 star rating is we arrived at 4:50pm (c/in was posted as 4pm), & the cleaning crew was there & surprised by our arrival. She stated “she didn’t know this was a turnover”. Anyhow we had to wait in the car out front while she finished after a 8hr drive. I did contact host, & she said she would contact the cleaning service , but no other follow up after the fact.
