About this property

Montecito home in a quiet, private neighborhood with no thru traffic.
The space
This beautifully crafted Montecito home features a living/dining room, with a fireplace and French doors leading to a patio and private yard, with a spa and built-in BBQ/kitchen.
Guest access
Guests may access any part of the house except one room which will be locked. There is limited access to the garage to use the washer and dryer.
Other things to note
This is our primary family home and has every amenity. We will be visiting our son in Copenhagen, Denmark during this time.
There is one TV in the third bedroom.
There is a guesthouse with a separate entrance in the back with a permanent tenant.
