Boasting three bedrooms, a generous kitchen and fabulous living room - this property has all the necessary amenities for utmost comfort. * Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises

* Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance!

Loved our Stay at Little Palm Cottage

The house was just ideal for our family getaway. We loved the location just steps from the coastline and park, and the house was very comfortable and functional for extended family getaway.The family room and wrap around coach was an ideal gathering spot and we enjoyed using the kitchen and grilled on the BBQ one night.We look forward to coming back again soon!

This was a lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood just a block from Shoreline Park. About a 15 minute walk to the town marina and maritime museum and a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Perfect for 3 single women, two couples, or a family with 2 children. Well appointed and maintained. I would book this property again.

My best friend and I spent 5 days visiting my Granddaughter who attends UCSB. We had a fabulous time The Palm Cottage was perfect. We had to contact the property management and they could not have been nicer and prompter to take care of us. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Bright quiet tropical oasis

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Beautiful Cottage

I stayed here with five of my girlfriends from college, we are now all in our mid 30s and were having a reunion trip to Santa Barbara. The house is beautiful with an amazing backyard and deck where we were able to relax and catch up. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and the television was also easy to operate when we wanted to watch a movie. The only issue with this house is that it has a single bathroom. We did not mind, as we are all very comfortable with each other, but bear that in mind, if you are booking with lots of people. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and well-kept up and safe. We strolled across to Shoreline Park and walked along the coast. We were very close to downtown, Funkzone, and Stearns Wharf. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We LOVED this property— amazing location, great back deck, great indoor/outdoor living. House was well - equipped with many things, including a pack n play and some beach toys. One portable AC unit was available to us, which was nice. Location is unbeatable — this is amazing if you love to walk, run, or if you have kids staying with. Shoreline park is only a 2 min walk from the house, and Ledbetter beach is less than a mile. A mile to the grocery store, coffee, and some restaurants. We had a few questions for the property manager, which were responded to and addressed right away. This is a property we will definitely consider for our future trips to SB. I highly recommend it!! Note- for longer stays (we were there 2 weeks), the kitchen has minimal spices and condiments, and there is only one dishrag for kitchen and/ or cleaning that we could find.
