Welcome to Mesa Beach Escape! Brand new to the vacation rental market, come enjoy the clean, relaxing and simple approach that was taken to make this vacation rental a desirable and convenient choice for your next visit to Santa Barbara.

Walk to the beach! With only a short, flat walk, a day at the beach is easily accessible for people of all ages. There is also the Boathouse restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy brunch or a sunset cocktail. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this vacation rental is ideal for couples and families who want to have a vacation close to the beach as well as hiking trails, open space, and so much more!

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the home. The primary bedroom has a Cal-King size bed, the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 2nd guest room has two twin-size beds and the 3rd guest room is a den with a pull out queen-size sofa sleeper. All bedrooms are nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and accessories.

When it's time to wind down after a day at the beach or a day of exploring Santa Barbara, you can relax in the beautiful, newly renovated backyard. Enjoy the hot tub, or just take in the coastal breeze with your favorite beverage.

The Mesa is known for it's central location to all the best of Santa Barbara! When you rent this home you will not only have close beach access but you will also be near great retail shops and restaurants, and you are just a few minutes from downtown Santa Barbara!

The house is clean and well equipped with everything guests would need--soft towels, gourmet kitchen, extra bedding, and luggage racks. We loved the easy one-block walk to a beautiful dog-friendly beach with a cute restaurant and nearby hiking trails. The neighborhood is very quiet and nestled in wooded hills. Plus, it is only 10 to 15 minutes from all the attractions and restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara! We'd definitely stay there again.
