Unbelievable spot!

Cozy cottage on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Spectacular views and great location, with easy access to downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito. Lots of great wineries for day trips. Highly recommend.

Santa Barbara beach property with stunning views!

My wife and I stayed here with our three adult children in late April. Beach cottage is a bit of an understatement! Here's a list of things we enjoyed most about this Vrbo:- Laura is a friendly, responsive host- Great location and *stunning* views (several dolphin sightings from the deck)- Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants- Lots of outdoor seating- Plenty of towels and linens- Extra throws/blankets in the living room- Ping pong table in the garage- Did I mention dolphin sightings? :-)

Beautiful views

Perfect location—near beach access, restaurants, grocery. The outdoor space is perfect to sit and watch the sun set while dolphins swim by. Very private. Easy walk to parks or hiking spots. Views for days.

SB heaven

We went to SB for my son’s wedding to get away from busy down town , took only 13 minutes by car . Messa is a cute town everything you need is walkable distance , food booze , restaurants , conscience stores . The view of pacific is memorizing , perfect sunsets ,. Perfect patie !

Wonderful location

We have stayed at this property several times and the view is fabulous. We enjoyed watching the sea life, surfers, and waves all day long. The house is very comfortable as is the deck and patio. Would stay here again.

This bright, charming house is all about the view. Lots of places to sit and look at the ocean while perched high on the Mesa cliffs. A well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds make it a dream stay!

Best view in America

If there’s a better view in the United States of the ocean and scenery, I have not seen it! Great house great view great owner. Communication was wonderful. Would definitely return.

We loved the place. Incredible location, right on the ocean, we were just one block from the stairs to Mesa lane spot where we went surfy. Easy and clear communication with the owner. Very easy process. Looking forward to going back. We should not say anything else…we want to keep it as our secret spot!😉

Idyllic!

Loved being “on” the ocean but also being above it, maybe 60’. Views expansive. In a nice walkable neighborhood. Comfortable beach cottage. Lots of windows. Great communication with the owner. Stayed 2 weeks and wish it was 2 months.

Peaceful joy!

A real gem of a place overlooking the ocean

This house has the most spectacular views of the ocean, with two porches from the which to enjoy the sights. We lived outside almost everyday, as the views were memorizing. And everything is within walking distance, anything that you need (coffee, grocery stores, etc). The house is also in close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara, within 10 minutes drive. We will most definitely be returning here again.

Beautiful stay!

This property is amazing! It was the perfect size for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. The location and view are unbeatable. There is a large yard that includes a beautiful deck, grassy area and separate brick patio all looking over the ocean. Bring your binoculars (one pair was provided) because we spotted dolphins every day of our stay. The home is in a quiet residential area with perfect streets for walking. The closest beach is down a long staircase so we chose to drive just a few minutes down the road to a larger beach. The house is well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. Beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, the zoo and the mission were all just a short drive from the home. We look forward to booking this home again!

Million Dollar Views!!!

If you are going to stay in Santa Barbara, there are no better views anywhere. Simply amazing. This house is a perfect "beach house" for 4 people, although 6 would be OK and they would have to share a bedroom. For us, two couples, it gave us the right level of privacy since there are only 2 bedrooms. We essentially lived out on the deck, and that's where you'll want to be. Go shopping at VONS (about 4 minutes away), stock the fridge, go wine tasting, and then just hang out. Go walking to the parks, etc. Perfect location.
