Wonderful stay! Did not realize there was no A/C until arriving but was out most of the day and it got cool at night. The place itself was lovely and super spacious. The rooftop was amazing, great views of Santa Barbara and the mountains. Great location, 8 min walk to the water and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants/downtown. Checking in and out was super easy. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful property in the most perfect location - walkable to all things in West Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 4 - everything we needed was there for a one week vacation. The gated garage and private entry was my husband's favorite feature! We've rented a lot of different properties in Santa Barbara over the years - this is in the top 3! We will be back!

Property is as pictured. Spacious, multi-level property, gorgeous views from a large roof deck (that has couches, a grill, and a large dining room table), several outdoor patios with equally stunning views of the mountains. Well stocked bathrooms and cooking, dining ware. Quiet, peaceful immediate neighborhood. Private car garage stocked with beach supplies and even has a dumbwaiter for loading your groceries and sending to the 3rd level kitchen. Minutes walk to the beach where I ran every morning. Safe area, tons of music, food, beauty all around. Tatiana was gracious to allow an early check in, and was very responsive for all needs. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful condo! The check in instructions are clear and upon arrival we found the condo to be very clean and well stocked. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and close to local bars and restaurants.

We traveled to Santa Barbara for our daughter's wedding and stayed at this beautiful unit. The home was perfect for our needs and in a great area with wonderful restaurants, great beach walks, and a beautiful upper deck for entertainment. We would definitely visit this rental unit again. The management was very prompt in communicating with us and helpful in responding to our needs.

This home is amazing! Highly recommend. We did have to ask for dishwasher soap, bath soap, and a lighter for the outdoor fireplace but the response was very fast. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location just a couple blocks to beach and restaurants. This was a girls trip for 6 and we were very comfortable. The unit was clean and well equipped, with the exception of bath soap. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
