Enjoy the small and charming Santa Barbara neighborhood of West Beach. A series of bungalows and boutique hotels all within two blocks of the beach and short walks to downtown, wharf, and harbor. The Brewhouse restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, Toma Restaurant & Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.

A gated front courtyard is surrounded by mature trees and hedges, providing ample shade and privacy for outdoor dining. Inside is an open Living and Dining Room floor plan with glass sliding doors that access the lush backyard. The Primary Bedroom is complete with an en-suite bath, large screen TV, and luxury bedding. Adjacent to the Living Room are two Guest Bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. The home also includes everything you need for a relaxing beach day.

Glorious Jupiter Cottage

I could just move into this cottage! Absolutely charming and nestled in a quiet neighborhood! All the amenities and comfort you could ask for! All within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the pier! The property management were so kind and helpful too ! Thank you so much!

Family Spring Break in Santa Barbara

Our multi-generation family loved staying in this house in the West Beach area. It was so close to the beach, marina, wharf and State Street. We loved walking to Jeannine's for breakfast and Brophy Brothers for dinner. The house provided comfortable beds and indoor living space along with front yard and back yard outdoor living space. Both the indoor and outdoor tables provided us with enough room for our family to dine and play games. It was too cool for us to spend very much time on the beach but the beach gear was at the house if we would have needed it. We had a great time staying at this home.

We had such a great stay at this property. The location was outstanding and the house was perfect for our group. Close to literally EVERYTHING. We did not have to use our rental car at all!!!!!

Beautiful

The house and property are beautiful and clean and it has every amenity you may need. The beds are so comfortable and everyone slept great!! The location is perfect; close to restaurants, bars, shopping, train station, ocean, Funk Zone and State Street. Santa Barbara did not disappoint!

Beautiful home in great location

We had such a wonderful weekend at the Juniper Cottage! The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, to State street for shopping and to the harbor! The home is lovely, had all the items we needed and we loved the front area with the table. Would definitely stay here again!
