Top it off with the plush bedrooms equipped with high quality furnishings and mattresses that will ensure you get much needed rest after your adventures. All this while being surrounded by designer elements reminiscent of local treasures - all contained within 1600 square feet making sure no one feels cramped or crowded. Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf.

A Comfortable Place to Stay

This condo was clean, easy to enter, great location, bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are well stocked. Living room was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Graduation trip!!

Beautiful property…… charming and comfortable. So close to all the fun stuff… walkable distance to stores, dining and play. Kids were stoked! Super nice to have all the accessories for the beach there at property. Great outdoor dining area.Water pressure in the showers could’ve been a bit better…. but I have VER thick hair!!!! Overall…seriously-we had a blast. I would definitely stay there again!!! Ps.. all of the flowers in the area were just gorgeous!!

Wonderful property, great location

We had a wonderful stay at West Beach Villa 4. It was perfect for my husband and our adult son. We could walk everywhere -- the beach and the area with all sorts of great restaurants. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We felt very much comfortable and at home there. We loved the orange trees in the backyard too! Would stay there again.

Walk to the beach, wharf, restaurants, bars and the train station.

Very nice house in a nice neighbourhood. We drove to Trader Joes but otherwise walked everywhere including to a great hispanic supermarket - Santa Cruz. The kitchen has everything you need to make the most of the local produce -- and if you don't feel like it there is a huge array of places to eat and drink out. No fuss check-in / check out. This is what VRBO is all about.

Santa Barbara Paradise

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful property. It's well appointed with luxurious furniture and a very useful kitchen. The cart with beach toys and chairs in the garage was tremendously helpful. Best of all, the location is so conveniently walkable everywhere we wanted to go (e.g. State Street, Funk Zone, beach). Hope to return!

Meeting up with my sister in Santa Barbara

My architect husband and I loved the art deco style of this spacious, clean condo. Set in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous old trees, we could walk to the beach, cook together on the old Wedgewood stove, and lounge outside. Ok only real complaint is for a 30 day stay the chairs were not comfortable. Short term I do not believe that would be an issue. Beds were very comfortable.

Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to vacation or have a weekend visit! We are only the property managers and the property owners stay in their homes as well. They also select the furniture of their choice. As property managers there are somethings that are out of our control and the type of furniture selected is one of these, as we do not have input in this decision. Fabulous location

Excellent location - walking distance to everything! House was just as described with a wonderful outdoor space. Opted to rent bikes through property management and they were great about delivering them. Only issue was some hairs left in one of the beds - otherwise it was an outstanding property.

We really appreciate your 5 star review and highlighting that the bike rental was convenient. We did want to address any future guest concerns here since we have NEVER had any issue with this in the past with a hair found. The cleaning company we use is CDC certified and use the highest quality of care in each cleaning performed. Information about their cleaning protocols is listed in each property and on our website. We have discussed this with them as well but no guest reading the review should be concerned at all with what this guest mentions about a hair found. All linens are bleached in hot water during each cleaning. Thank you.

The villa was as described. Very attractive inside and out and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Nice patio out back looking over the back yard with multiple orange and lemon trees. Great location within easy walking distance to State Street, Funk Zone and beach/Stearns Wharf. Excellent communication by management company. We were very pleased and would book again.

Fantastic historic era home perfectly kept up, maintained and furnished. Minutes to beach, McConnells Ice Cream and 6-7 minutes to State Street Marina and it’s attractions are also a short walk away Even the instructions for access are personalized. Wi-Fi and cable TV were easy to figure out. Fantastic!

charming art deco duplex

Clean and well kept house with character and charm. House is close to 100 years old so expect what comes with that. That said everything was functional. Back yard can use a clean up and refresher of outdoor seating and outdoor table and cushions. Location is excellent and safe

Classic 1937 CA Home

This home and back courtyard made for a really pleasant stay. The gardens, big windows bringing in lots of sunlight, and the private yard with orange and lemon trees to enjoy were a big bonus. A very walkable neighborhood and near both the waterfront and Funk Zone. Dart Coffee and Blue Door Antiques were favorites and very nearby. We could hear the trains as the tracks are just a couple blocks away and the highway noise as well when outside but inside the house was very quiet. House was well stocked and beds were very comfortable.

Yes, the train is super convenient and just blocks away. The freeway is nearby but well blocked and we have never heard anything reported other than it being a super quiet neighborhood.
