This property is wonderful. It is brand new, simply decorated and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. You cannot beat the location. We walked everywhere including to nearby restaurants, wine tasting venues and the beach. It was perfect for our group. Santa Barbara is a fabulous place to visit. Can’t wait to go back!

This place has everything you need. Close to everything. The unit is even better in person. The weather was bad the first 2 days with massive rain but there was still plenty to do and explore. Will definitely be back for a longer visit!

Amazing property close to everything! Will definitely come back! Loved exploring all of the local spots: Marina for deep sea fishing and nearby Funk Zone for excellent craft beers and eats, the wharf for fresh seafood and even walked up to Mission Canyon to the botanical gardens. Outstanding location for harbor/beach/shopping/dining. Very nicely appointed unit, upscale, updated, classy. Functional AC/Heater. Next time I'd prefer upstairs unit, if available, so that I feel comfortable leaving the windows open/unlocked, but this was a very nice unit, and we were very comfortable and impressed with the quality of the updates. Highly recommended. Also, having the 2nd bedroom was so nice given we have a teen who needs their privacy.

We are thankful for our host. She was very responsive when we had questions and also requests. Very communicative. As for the place. Perfect location between the wharf/beach and downtown area. No need to drive for these two areas. The place was clean and fresh from remodeling so everything was fresh and new. We had an amazing long weekend stay at the villa and would highly recommend this spot to anyone!! The space was very very clean, cozy and walking distance to everything in the downtown area and the hosts were excellent. Christina was super responsive and extremely friendly! Check in was a breeze and she provided us with a well thought out "to do" list for eating, shopping and exploring prior to the stay which was super helpful when trying to make reservations and such. She also checked in on us multiple times during the stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. It was my first time to Santa Barbara and i couldn't have asked for a better stay :)
